- 2/3 lemon (medium)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. hazelnut oil (or extra olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. honey (omit for Whole30 and replace with maple syrup for a vegan version)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil (optional but adds a nice touch)
