    Very delicious. Almost like potato soup. It ended up being thinner than a chowder should be, so next time I’ll probably add less liquid. Other than that, super tasty

    My husband and I had this as our relatively meatless Monday lol, turned out very well and he was fooled by the cauliflower, he thought it was potatoes. So we were very satisfied by this healthy chowder. So YUMMY!

    Needed more salt. I used low sodium chicken broth so might use regular next time. Enjoyed it though!

    This was really, really good soup. And, for a wonderful Paleo alternative to mashed potatoes, I make this soup with very little liquid and then purée it and serve it with all kinds of meat dishes, a favorite being short rib ragu (a Martha Stewart recipe).

    Nice. I left out the bacon and celery - i didn't have any around. Still tasted good though. I used chicken bone broth, and added a touch of fresh sage.

    This recipe was very enjoyable, and my parents loved it! However, when I made it I didn't have any chicken broth so I used water instead, but it still tasted delicious. And making the cauliflower soft look a lot longer than it said but I didn't end up overcooking it. I would recommend this recipe, very delicious!

    This recipe is perfect for a cold night. I've made it and enjoyed it several times. I'm a vegetarian so I eat it without the bacon and it is still delicious! My husband doesn't seem to miss it.
    We loved it. Omitted the carrots. It was great. I used little cubes of leftover ham, which I fried up a bit, in lieu of bacon. Great chowder without all the fat or carbs. Thank you for sharing.

    Tried this the other night- as written - and it was ok. I added heavy whipping cream to thicken it up and give it a little more creaminess and it was delightful. Thanks for the recipe!
