They were delicious!
I omitted Red Pepper and added Onion & Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Chopped Fresh Parsley and Broccoli. I used Spring Onions and added some Flour.
I love them with Mashed Potatoes and Ketchup!

They turned out okay, but they just weren’t good! Way, way, way too much prep. and cook time for something that is mediocre at best. I should have paid more attn. to previous reviews. Everyone is looking for something to put on top/serve with them simply because they aren’t good as a stand-alone.

I really liked these- my husband was a harder sell. It was easier to spoon them on to a baking sheet instead of rolling them by hand. I made about 30 of them and followed the recipe (substituted panko with flour). I think I will use the food processor next time instead of mashing - would be a lot smoother.

Awesome recipe. I had to bake them a little longer than listed to get them brown and crispy. I also sprinkled a little salt on them when they came out of the oven. Delicious!

SO good and pretty easy. Follow directions exactly. Baking is better for them not to break apart. Thinner patties stick together better and get crispier. Ate with avocado and salad, yum!

They were pretty good, but they took far longer than 45 minutes to bake. after the initial 25 minutes they were much too soft to turn. I kept checking back every 5 to 10 minutes to the point that I lost track of how long it actually took. We ate pretty late that night.

I like the texture and flavors, but why are almost all the vegan burger recipes seasoned with cumin. Getting tired of the flavor. Will experiment with alternate herbs that would compliment the garbanzo and cauliflower blend.

This is delicious and makes an excellent addition to my girls' lunchboxes. So glad we tried it! This recipe made about 20 small patties perfect for grade school lunchboxes. Delicious hot and cold and with a little mustard on the side.
