My husband said that if he didn’t know this was cauliflower, he wouldn’t believe it. They were very good! I added an extra egg to help them stick a little better. Also kicked up the cayenne for more spice. Next time I plan to add some diced ham, bet they’ll be even tastier!

Very tasty. Cut the cayenne in half and they were perfect for my palate. Next time I'm using a sharper cheese for a bit more bite.

It was delicious. Had to add an extra egg as it was falling apart but it was very tasty

Yummy! I had leftover cauliflower casserole, made with cauliflower, onions, cheese, and sour cream. I smashed the cauliflower casserole and added the Panko bread crumbs; didn't use the egg because it was moist from the sour cream. The mixture was "soft" but was able to form into patties. Cooked them in a skillet with a little oil and made sure they were brown before gently Turing them over to brown on the other side. Very tasty

Turned out perfect! I did add an extra egg to make the mix stick better. I'd like to try baking these to see how they do with less oil
