- 1 red onion (medium)
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil (not extra virgin)
- 2 sprigs rosemary (stems removed and chopped fine, about 1½ teaspoons)

- 1 handful basil (chopped fine)
- 1 cup white rice flour (organic)
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup potato starch
