that was a disaster 😭 it tasted horrible and it was not crunchy at all 🤢, I had to load it with parmesan cheese to improve the flavour but still barely edible.

Very yummy family loved it. I added a 1/2 tsp of garlic powder to the seasonings. So good. Family has already requested it again

I love em! Going to try experimenting with different toppings on my next few attempts to see what works.

Really tasty! Made it using cheddar and Parmesan instead of mozzarella and it worked out well. I will be making this on a regular

Enjoyed this recipe! Added parsley, garlic, basil, and oregano and used less cheese and it was quite tasty! Very light. But wringing out the water sucked. Going to try microwaving it next time because that was way too labor intensive. Also, while I had no problems with it, my boyfriend didn't like the texture-something to keep in mind for folks with texture issues.

This is a good concept but it didn't have much taste, I would make again maybe adding more seasoning

Very delicious. I am diabetic so this recipe is a perfect alternative. I also love cauliflower. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

I love these things a lot. My husband thought I bought them. He was fulled lol. I made buffalo dipping sauce to go with them, they were great!!!!!

These tasted SO GOOD!! They were kind of difficult, because I don't have a food processor, but still worth it! It really did taste like bread.

All the fat was taken out of this - so the taste of course was not compensated with anything but dry herbs.
Brush lightly with olive oil or light butter, or even a tomato paste. Sprinkle a bit of basil on top, and spray with very small amount of coconut oil.
The compensation is met, and the taste is much more flavorful.
As for it falling apart, it didn't for me. I didn't use 9 pounds of cheese though, so if it's falling apart, it might be too heavy.
Make sure your parchment is sprayed too so the crust can bake.

Not very tasty at all and doesn't set up right. At least it didn't for me. It fell apart as soon as I tried to cut it.
