Came out great and lots of leftovers. Went with a pound of ground beef and a pound of ground chicken instead of the 1 1/2 pounds of the beef, orherwise followed the recipe as written. Made about 10 servings, so lasted three of us a few days. Nothing in the taste really jumps out but ingrediants work well together.

absolutely delicious! i left out the green chilis so it wouldnt be too spicy fkr the kids.
