- 2 kale leaves (fresh, thick stems removed, chopped)
- 1 cup frozen fruit (anything you love)
- 1 dried date (pitted)
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. bee pollen
- 4 walnut halves
- 3/4 cup milk (choice, coconut water, or water)
- 2 kale leaves (fresh, thick stems removed, chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 Persian cucumber (unpeeled and chopped or ¼ English cucumber, peeled and chopped)
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 1/4 lemon (with peel and pith, seeds removed)
- 1/2 fuji (Gala, or other sweet apple, cored, seeded, and cut into chunks*)
