- 1/4 cup xylitol (or THM Gentle Sweet or 1/2 a cup of erythitol)
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (not salt)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt (pink mineral, … start with a little and add more if needed)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 head iceberg lettuce (or favorite lettuce cold)
- sprinkles (2. Goat cheese, for topping)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thin sliced)
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 4 cherry tomatoes (cut up)
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken (or bacon, optional)
