    I seasoned the steaks with salt and pepper and set them out for an hour to reach room temperature. I used a sage-garlic butter instead of regular butter. Oh my! So good! The whole family was raving ❤️

    Accidentally overcooked it but that was my fault- I will try again to get it perfected! We did not have rosemary or thyme so I used garlic powder and Italian seasonings, definitely will get the called for ingredients as well, though they worked ok!

    Pretty good steak- we will make again with thyme as the recipe calls for, used rosemary as substitute!

    Turned out amazing! Super simple and quick to make. I'm an amateur at cooking and this will defiantly be a good dinner recipe for when I can't for the life of me have better time management. I made herb buttered potatoes and a spring salad and it was a beautiful dinner for my husband and I.
