- 2 Tbsp. vegan butter (substitute, cut into 8 cubes)
- 1 cup almond flour (I use Honeyville)
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup vegan butter (substitute - I use Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Sticks)
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil (organic)
