- noodles (17 0z., I used organic semolina. Quinoa noodles will work as well)
- 3 cups chopped ham
- 5 1/2 cups sun dried tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. peppers (chopped dried, or red pepper flakes to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. spices (Bruschetta)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 5 1/2 cups milk (may use chicken or vegetable broth instead)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated, more-as desired for sprinkling on top)
- 1 cup croutons (Focaccia)
