- 3 Tbsp. aquafaba (the liquid from a can of unsalted chickpeas or white beans)
- 2 tsp. tangerine zest (from 2 tangerines, or orange zest)
- 1 1/2 tsp. lime zest (from 2 limes)

- 1/8 tsp. fine salt
