Excellent granola bars recipe and really easy and adaptable. Based on what I had on hand at the time, I substituted prunes for dates, which worked. And the you can throw in any nuts/seeds/dried fruits you like!

Very good and very easy. I substituted raisins for the dates and added sunflower seeds in place of pistachios.
Watch the sweetened cranberries they can make this a bit too sweet.
