- 1 cup pecan nuts
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 80 grams raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 60 mL full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ghee (or coconut oil melted, ghee is recommended!)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder (or fresh vanilla seeds)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup roast (smooth cashew butter)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- rock salt (Pinch of fine grain Pink Himalayan)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks (I used 90% cacao)
