Tasted like takeout Chinese from a KFC.
We do a LOT of Asian from scratch and a quick one sounded worth a try…big mistake.
Sauce was awful, salty and unbalanced. Chicken and cashews were good together.

We love this! We add Asian greens and reduce soy sauce to 3/8th cup, and sub 1 tablespoon fish sauce instead of oyster (to make this gluten free)

So fine!!!!!!!! Will definitely save this one. Used zucchini and broccoli for the veggies.

so yummy. I make the sauce a few hours before so the flavors intensify and add some thai chili for a little heat the add tons of stir fry veggies. Way better than any cashew chicken from and restaurant.
