- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (tins of)
- garlic (whole, head, peeled)
- 4 Tbsp. boiling water
- sea salt (– to taste)
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- chilli flakes (– optional)
- 2 cups plain flour
- 125 grams salted butter
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. soured cream
- dried herbs (we used Italian herbs mill with rosemary, sage, bay, basil, marjoram and thyme)
- 1 handful grated cheese
