    It tasted really good and it was something different. Made it with beef hotpot.

    It tasted like a giant mouthful of shredded carrots. Whole family was a bit turned off. I did, however, add it to a regular greens salad the next day as one of many ingredients, and it was a nice addition.

    For better flavour, use honey and mustard salad dressing.

    Tastes okay. I might try it again with a different mustard, the Dijon I used had a strong horseradish kick but not very strong mustard flavor otherwise.

    Delicious and so easy to make! Just use a vegetable peeler to shred. I included the washed peels as it is my belief this is the healthiest part of the carrot. I served as a vegetable side for a brunch and was surprisingly favored... Was asked for recipe several times.
