- 300 grams carrots (nice and sweet.)
- 1 dash milk
- 20 grams cream cheese
- nutmeg
- salt
- 100 grams fennel
- 200 grams chicken
- 100 grams mushrooms
- 100 grams mozzarella
- dill tips
- 150 grams flour
- 50 grams butter
- 50 mL water
- anise seeds (or optional: ouze)

Directions
- Add the butter and water to the flower and add some salt to taste. Work this mixture into a dough
- Take a springform tray and cover the bottom and walls with the dough.
- Let cool in the fridge for 10 mins.
