This recipe is fast easy and so light and delicious! I’ve made this 3 times in the last 2 months!
Update: made this again and didn’t have fresh turmeric so I used ground turmeric and ran out of that….so I sprinkled curry powder in it along with a red onion instead of a sweet onion ( yes i needed to go to the store!) OMG! It was amazing! So flavorful and delicious!

Very delicious!
I Didn’t ave vegetable stock but used chicken stock instead
Mi didn’t have Bay leaves and used shredded bay leaves instead.
Very delicious recipe! I love that it is very light!!!!
