Flavor is quite good. The carrots just give it a slightly gritty texture. I added stevia and protein powder.

I used normal carrots as I had no baby carrots, yet it was okay, I also used powdered milk instead of almond milk, and I don’t think this would significantly affect the flavor!
My siblings loved it more than I did, they would give it 4 or 5 stars :)
