- 70 grams coconut (blossum sugar or other)
- 100 grams oat flour (grounded/finely mixed oats)
- 30 grams coconut flour (or more oat flpur)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 130 grams grated carrots
- vanilla (Flavdrops optional)
- 1/2 lemon (organic)
- 100 grams vegan cream cheese (mine was almond based)
- 2 Tbsp. syrup (marple, or other)
- water (a splash of, if it's too thick)
