- 4 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
- 4 oz. toasted pecans (Chopped, / Walnuts, pre-toast them in the oven for 10 minutes)
- 12 oz. cream cheese (at room temp.)
- 8 oz. unsalted butter (at room temp.)
- 360 grams powdered sugar (/Confectioners sugar)
- 2 oz. buttermilk powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (/ Paste)
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- pinches salt
- 4 oz. toasted pecans (Chopped, / Walnuts, pre-toast them in the oven for 10 minutes & cool completely)
- 4 oz. salted caramel (Homemade, or store-bought salted caramel)
