- 3 garlic (fat cloves, skin on)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (+ more for serving, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 400 grams chickpeas (1 can of, rinsed in cold running water and dried with kitchen paper.)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 60 mL extra-virgin olive oil (+ more for serving, optional)
- 1/2 lemon (juice of half a lemon)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 50 mL water (a little more if needed)
- pumpkin seeds (to serve, optional)
- 100 grams oats (jumbo)
- 100 grams spelt (plain, flower)
- 50 grams quinoa
- 50 grams sunflower seeds
- 50 grams linseed (golden)
- 50 grams pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp. nigella seeds
- 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 50 mL olive oil
- 120 mL warm water (more if needed)
