Best and highest use for carrot greens. I love this sauce SO much and my kids even liked it. Delicious!!

This week I plan to add a few more herbs, basically whatever I can find.

Turned out great. I didn't want to throw out the carrot greens from the organic carrots and this was a great way to use them. I used it for marinade, dip, and spicy spread for toast.
