- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 4 hours and well drained)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (in liquid state)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter (in liquid state)
- 4 oz. carrot juice (fresh pressed, either homemade or store bought but not pasteurized)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger (piece of, peeled and grated)
- 1 pinch sea salt
