LOVE these! I've been looking for ways to satisfy my sweet tooth since I cut sugar out of my diet.
Made a few changes: added cardamom, dried pineapple, hemp seeds, shredded coconut and 1/4 tsp baking powder (mistakenly).
Subbed coconut oil for olive oil and used white flour instead of oat. Also added a bit more tumeric as it's a daily staple. Oh, I also did half maple and half date syrup for the sweetener.
Baked for almost 20 minutes and they are really moist and sweet enough for me on my 5th day without sugar.
So good! Vegan too!
