    This is really refreshing , when I made this I realised I had no bananas so I used half an apple no banana ......... Really really nice I wanted more , no need for the honey and l opted out for the chai seeds. so this morning I will make X 2 ......... Can't get to much veg in to your day ! (Will add the rice protein powder this morning to see if makes more filling ......or the chai seeds !)
