Combine Thailand’s sweet, spicy and sour flavors with the crunchy texture of grated carrots in this quick dipping sauce. It’s the perfect accompaniment to our Vegetable Spring Rolls, fried foods or grilled meats. Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce adds just the right amount of umami for pure dipping delight!

- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce (Premium)
- 1 Tbsp. palm sugar
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 2 chilies (fresh Thai bird’s eye, seeded and finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts (coarsely chopped, optional)

Directions
- MIX all ingredients except carrots and peanuts in medium bowl. Cover.
- REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with carrots and peanuts, if desired, before serving. Serve with Vegetable Spring Rolls.
