- 500 mL full cream milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp. cardamom powder
- sugar (to taste)
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 100 grams paneer (crumbled, cottage cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. rose petals (dried)
- chopped nuts (Some)
- 12 saffron strands (to garnish)
- 3 potatoes (medium sized, shredded)
- 3/4 mozzarella (th bowl, or your favourite cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour
- salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. crushed black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried herbs (mixed, optional)
- 3/4 assorted vegetables (th cup, chopped, I used carrots mushrooms, capsicum and corns)
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 bowl cottage cheese (crumbled)
- béchamel sauce (see recipe here)
- salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup processed cheese (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 carrots
- 1 handful dried cranberries (soaked in water for 15-20 minutes)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 vanilla bean pod
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
