- 1/2 cup water
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sultanas (or raisins)
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (do not drain, you can leave this out if you hate pineapple)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 cream cheese frosting (recipe of Martha Stewarts)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
