- 128 mL carrot (baby food jars)
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 398 mL crushed pineapple (can -, drained and liquid squeezed out)
- 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar (/powdered sugar)
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 398 mL pineapple rings (drained and patted dry with a paper towel)
- 1 tsp. canela
- whipped cream (* I use the aerosol can of whipped creaam)
