  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (solids scooped off top, discard of liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
