These were absolutely delicious. I did struggle to scoop them into balls, and i was only able to make 12. Next time I'll have to try a small ice cream scoop.
Also, I would consider adding shredded coconut, crushed pecans, and even a few raisins in the mix next time! Definitely would level them up!

Yum! Worth making. I doubled the batch. Definitely need to let chill in fridge before baking.

A little smaller than expected and raisins would not go amiss but easy to mix and well recieived.

i made these with Bob's gluten free all purpose baking flour precisely as directed. they are terrible!!! first bite is promising but quickly turns to weird consistency.
