- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 container cream cheese (chocolate, 250 g)
- 2 cups whipped cream (with granulated white sugar added to your liking, I use 1/4 cup – whipped topping can be substituted)
- 128 mL carrots (1 jar ,pureed, baby food OR ½ cup cooked and pureed carrot)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. canela
- 398 mL crushed pineapple (can ,drained and squeezed dry)
- 3/4 cup toasted walnuts
- 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes (medium, preferably unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
