- 2 Tbsp. canela
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (fresh)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (finely, that have been blotted with a towel to get off excess moisture)
- icing (Cream Cheese)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 can icing (vanilla)
- rose (Carrot, decoration:, optional)
- 1 strip carrot (rolled up, I used a vegetable peeler for this)
