This was the first time I made this. I used the 9in pan because I didn’t see the amendment to use the 6.5in pan. A little more flat because of this but still very good. Next time I would make more the of the cheese cake and omit the frosting. Frosting was very good but took away from the flavor of the cheese cake. Would definitely make this again.
