- olive oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 lb. andouille sausage
- 1-1/2 Pounds Smoke Sausage, your choice (Smoke, your choice)
- 4 lb. chicken (your choice of white or dark meat)
- 2 cups diced onions
- 1 1/2 cups green bell pepper (Diced)
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 30 oz. diced tomatoes (you may also use a smaller amount)
- 3 bay leaves (Dried)
- 4 Tbsp. all purpose seasoning (or To Taste Grand Diamond, plus more to season the chicken, shrimp, and okra)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. gumbo file
- 2 Tbsp. crab boil (or To Taste Liquid)
- 4 qt. seafood stock (you may add an additional 2 quarts if desired)
- 12 oz. okra (or less, fresh or frozen that has been thawed)
- 5 lb. king crab legs (or your choice of Crab Legs)
- 1 lb. lump crab meat (Super, OPTIONAL)
- 3 lb. shrimp (size 21-25 or size 26-30, deveined, tails removed)
