- 600 grams meat (pork rib)
- 600 grams meat (pork leg)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 3 bay leaves
- 10 black peppercorns
- 1 orange (cut into 8 pieces)
- 1 cup milk
- salt (as much as you like)

Directions
- Cut all of the meat into small strips.
- Place a large pot on the stove over medium heat and pour in the olive oil.
- Add the meat into the pot and let it cook for 8 minutes, making sure to stir the meat every few seconds.
