- 1/2 cup lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 3/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 12 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 qt. water
- 1 stick canela
- 4 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper (whole)
- 5 bay leaf (each)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey

Directions
- 1. Trim fat from pork
- Render fat and reserve
- 2. Marinate pork in lime and orange juices, garlic cloves, cinnamon, salt, black pepper and bay leaves for 8-10 hours
