Excellent…..easy to make, great flavor…could’ve cut down a bit on the soy, but otherwise excellent

1) This is a safe carne asada recipe - although I like a little more spice and flavor in the meat. But be sure to reserve that extra marinade (in step 1) as this is what gave the meat the deliciousness! Without it, the meat would be pretty plain.
2) I made it a 2nd time and it was amazing - got so many compliments! I think we overcooked the steak 1st time. Preheated grill to medium/high & grilled 4 minutes per side. Perfect! Still reserve marinade and insist folks use - it really is such a good compliment. 3) don't forget to season the meat before grilling - I always forget and it definitely needs salt as I mentioned, it's pretty plain on its own
