- 1/2 sugar (a teaspoon castor)
- salt (to sprinkle)
- cracked black pepper (Freshly, to taste)
- 8 sweet mini peppers (de-seeded and chopped into tiny cubes)
- 1 can red kidney beans (ready to eat, drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled and chopped into tiny cubes)
- 250 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion (large, sliced lenght wise)
- 195 grams sweet corn (drained)
