Forgot the chili powder, but it still turned out great. It was super easy to make, will definitely have this one again.

Delicious flavors and easy to make! I would add a jalapeno pepper to the salsa, and I was pretty liberal with the salt - in the spice mix, in the rice and beans, and in the salsa. This recipe will be on my favorites rotation!
