- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. allspice (optional)

- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. butter oil
- 2 tsp. spiced rum (or apple cider vinegar, spiced rum is best and cooks off)
