- 2 mangoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 tomatoes (seeds removed and diced)

- 1/2 red onion (finely diced)
- 2 jalapenos (diced)
- 2 limes (Juiced)

- 1 1/4 cups plain greek yogurt (or Mexican crema)
- 1 can seeds (chipotles in adobo, removed – adjust to taste based on desired level of spiciness)
