Lovely, used red camargue rice and a mix of tropical fruit.
Added black cardamom
Was delicious and will make again.

Came out yummy. l used green curry paste instead of red. Aesthetic didn't look appealing(colorwise). Maybe l should have used the red paste.
Anyway, was excellent and will surely cook it again.

Tasty AF. Good to cook on bulk. I added an extra half can of coconut milk for more sauce due to personal preference

Absolutely fantastic ! Even though I used curry powder instead of paste it still turned out beautifully

I used tikka paste and cupboard herbs so it wasn’t as full of flavour as it would have been but still very tasty!

I used korma paste, but everything else the same and it was absolutely beautiful. Will definitely make this again.

it was delicious! best curry I have tasted in ages - very simple to make. i did have to let it simmer off for a while as it was very watery but most impressed with the end result and will definitely be cooking it again!

Absolutely delicious, quick and easy. I didn't have enough mango so I used a mixture of mango and pineapple. Was really really tasty. I will definitely make this again.

Absolutely delicious. no complaints here, i was pessimistic about adding such a sweet fruit to a curry but it was the sweetness that complimented yet softened the heat from the curry. perfect!
