- 1 Tbsp. whole peppercorns
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme (or 2 Tbs fresh thyme)
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (or raw cane sugar)
- 3 cups white vinegar (or ACV)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice

Great!!
I added a little extra lime juice (1/2 of a lime).
I intend to try canning it but I don’t foresee a problem there.
So the canning went well and this stuff is phenomenal!
Still eating it. It stored really well.

It was excellent!! It is just like the habanero hot sauce we had in Puerto Rico!
