    My whole family loved it! I basically tripled the recipe (coconut milk, tomato paste, and seasonings) in order to have more gravy. I think it would be really great with fresh cilantro! I also may try freshly minced garlic and onion, rather than just powders.

    This turned out awesome! I paired it with reds beans & rice, plantains and salad. Will definitely make it again.

    I honestly don’t eat fish so I didnt know what I was doing at Walmart. I ended up buying whitening fish? After baking it it still tasted raw and was super soft and every fishy so I ender up mixing it in brown rice then baking it for 20 more minutes and then topped this casserole thing with the sauce. Ammazzzinggg. It was my mistake for not understanding fish.

    It turned out good. Was not impressed with the sauce tho. Very blah for my family’s taste. But still good.

    I made the sauce to the exact instructions. It was just okay. Easy to make. I just didn’t enjoy the sauce.
