- 3 packets powdered gelatin (about 7.5tsp, I used Knox)
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 5/8 cup heavy cream
- 2.5 oz. chocolate (I used milk but dark would work as well)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I used skim)
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom
