Very easy and delicious recipe! I doubled the recipe and more than doubled the chicken (because I didn't want one lonely breast left over) and it was awesome. To be honest, I bookmarked the wrong recipe and it was only when I started cooking and saw that I didn't need cream that I recognized my mistake. All that said, it was light and fabulous. The "dry white wine" I used was an Albariño (Shoutout to Ragbag Wine Works) and it was perfect. The whole family loved it. The only reason I'm going 4 instead of 5 is because the recipe says it feeds 6 and I think that's only true if you're serving a lot of other things and/or your family doesn't eat like we do.
